- Make sure that the SIMConnect QR code is clear and undamaged.
Step 2 - Clean the camera lens:
- Clean the camera lens to make sure it is not dirty or obstructed.
Step 3 - Improve illumination:
- Try scanning the SIMConnect QR code in a well-lit area to improve detection.
Step 4 - Manual Data Entry:
- There is a iOS procedure and a Android procedure to enter the data manually from the Address SM-DP+ and the Activation Code. It is not necessary to scan the SIMConnect QR code with the camera of the mobile device.
Step 5 - Request a New QR Code:
