If your data plan does not work or cannot be installed on your device, we will provide a 100% refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to defective data plans without data usage.
Any prepaid eSIM plan that consumes more than 10% of the plan's fixed data allowance, or any unlimited eSIM plan that consumes more than 1GB of data in any time period, will be considered provisioned and successfully activated on the network, and will not be refundable.
