If for some reason the camera on your iPhone phone is unable to scan the SIMConnect QR code provided to you. You will need to perform the following manual procedure on your iPhone.
Step 1 - Add SIMConnect:
- Go to the Configuration of your iPhone.
- Click on the Cellular Network or Mobile data.
- Click on the option Add eSIM and then press Use QR code.
- Place the QR Code inside the box so that the phone scans the data from the SIMConnect.

If, for some reason, the scanning of the QR Code on your iPhone, there is another procedure by which you can enter your eSIM values completely manually.
Step 1 - Add SIMConnect by entering the data manually:
- As in the previous procedure, place the QR Code inside the box so that the phone scans the data from the SIMConnect.
- If the QR Code still cannot be scanned, you should select the option Enter details manually.
- Enter the Address SM-DP+ and the Activation Code of the SIMConnect provided to him.
