If you do not have the SIMConnect QR code on another device to be able to scan it, don't worry, this article clearly explains how to perform the installation procedure of the SIMConnect using your own mobile device.
iOS:
Step 1 - Add SIMConnect with the image saved on your device:
- Make sure you have saved on your mobile device the image of the SIMConnect QR code.
- Open the camera of your mobile device and look for the image of the SIMConnect QR code.
- Use the image scanning tool of your camera (when you are viewing the image from the camera, in the lower right corner a scanner icon).
- You must press the scanner icon and the camera automatically scans the content.
- You must click on the scan of the QR Code to enable the option of Add eSIM.
- You must click on the option Add eSIM.
- It must allow the New eSIM activation and then Continue to.

Android:
Step 1 - Add SIMConnect with the image saved on your device:
- Make sure you have saved on your mobile device the image of the SIMConnect QR code.
- Open the Settings of your cell phone and select the option Connections.
- Click on the option SIM Manager and then click on the Add eSIM.
- Click on the option Scan QR code.
- Select the option for Add an image.
- Browse your image library and select the image from the screenshot of the QR Code.
- You must select the region of the image where specifically the QR Code and then click on the Add.
- Continue the procedure in the Step 2 - Configure the Cellular Plan of the procedure to install my SIMConnect on Android.
