- Create a new access point (APN) or edit an existing one.
- The access point (APN) field must have the value: globaldata.
- Leave the fields of User name and Password empty.
Step 2 - Verify the SIMConnect configuration:
- Make sure that the SIMConnect is active.
- Make sure that the mobile data are active for the SIMConnect.
- Make sure that the SIMConnect is selected as the default line for mobile data usage.
Step 3 - Reboot the device:
- Turn your mobile device off and on to apply the changes.
Step 4 - Deactivate data on the main physical SIM (only if necessary):
- This can help to ensure that the mobile device only uses the SIMConnect for data.
Step 5 - Contact technical support personnel:
- If the problem persists after performing all of the above checks, there may be a service interruption or a problem with your contracted data plan.
